Nursery Manager: Naomi
BA (Hons) Degree in Primary Education with Qualified Teacher Status

Naomi qualified as a Primary Teacher in 2013 and has over 10 years experience of teaching in an outstanding academy.

Naomi has led a successful Early Years Team of staff and has formed part of a school’s Senior Leadership Team. Naomi uses quality research and evidence to drive outstanding education and care to all children in her care.

Nursery Practitioner: Hannah
Foundation Degree in Childhood Studies

Hannah first became a nursery practitioner in 2010 and has worked with children for over 13 years.  During this time, Hannah has gone on to achieve a Foundation Degree in Childhood Studies. Hannah has worked at a private independent school, where she has gained the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent early education to children. Hannah ensures all children have the opportunity to develop their full potential and are able to thrive in their learning and development.

Nursery Practitioner: Storm
PGCE with Qualified Teacher Status and a BA Hons degree in Childhood Studies

Storm holds a PGCE with Qualified Teacher Status and a BA Hons degree in Childhood Studies.  Storm gained Qualified Teacher Status in 2021 and has carried out the past four years in a local primary school. Having studied Childhood Studies from 2017-2020, Storm was awarded with an Upper Second Class Honours, which focused extensively on children from 0-18 years and the many components involved in ensuring they have a thriving environment.

This has equipped her with extensive knowledge on how to best support children in safeguarding and wellbeing for effective learning and development. Storm is dedicated to the wellbeing and development of all children and we are excited to have Storm in our team.

Nursery Practitioner: Nikita

Nikita has previously supported a wide age range of children from nursery up to year 6 and has a good understanding of the progression throughout different key stages of learning.

She gained a Higher Level Teaching Assistant position at her previous setting and is now focussing on a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Qualification.

Nikita goes over and above to provide fun and laughter to the children and in return we see enthusiastic, energised children ready to learn

Nursery Practitioner: Emily

Emily is a fully qualified teacher who has many years experience in supporting children's learning and development in a local primary school.

She understands the school expectations and the knowledge and skills children need to be school ready. Emily has a good understanding of the EYFS and is passionate in providing the best care for all children.

Level 3 Apprentice: Ella

Ella is studying a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Qualification and is keen to learn and know more about children’s learning and development.

She continues to improve her knowledge every day and improves her practice alongside experienced nursery staff daily.

Nursery Teacher Deputy Manager: Claire
Designated Safeguarding Lead

Claire is a qualified teacher with 13 years’ experience working with children across key stage 1 and lower key stage 2. She has a strong phonics background and formed part of her school senior leadership team.

Claire’s experience in teaching and with her own 3 children has equipped her with a passion for supporting children in the early years and helping them build the foundations to develop and become school ready.

Claire is dedicated to ensuring that all children are safe, happy and thriving in their learning environment.

Nursery Practitioner: Megan
Baby Room Leader

Megan began her childcare journey in 2017, in a private nursery alongside studying at college.

In 2019, she achieved her Level 3 Childcare qualification, further strengthening her skills and passion for supporting young children.

She prides herself in bringing joy to their day, making them laugh and helping them grow through play and learning.

She has worked with a range of ages from three months to school club children, which has broadened her experience across different age groups.

Nursery Practitioner: Abigail

Abigail brings a warm and caring atmosphere with everything she does. She priorities the needs of everyone and promote a nurturing environment.

Abigail is completing an Early Years Educator course at level 3.

Chelsey has over 10 years experience in working with young children.

She led her own chidlminding business for many years which allowed her to create a safe and fun learning enviroment where children feel happy supported and confident as they learn to grow.

Mrs Beaumont

Mrs B's Story

Naomi Beaumont is the owner and manager of Mrs B's Nursery. Naomi qualified as a teacher in 2013 and has taught in Early Years at an outstanding academy for the last 10 years. Throughout this time Naomi has gained the skills and knowledge in delivering outstanding practice and has successfully led a team of staff in her role as Early Years Leader and Class Teacher.

Naomi has taught many children over the years and has supported a variety of needs, ensuring every child achieves their best regardless of their starting point.

After taking a senior lead in school, Naomi realised she missed the joys, enthusiasm and laughter gained from the strong relationships built in the early years of life. This is when Mrs Beaumont became Mrs B's Nursery and Naomi made the decision in her life to put all her knowledge and experience of Early Years in to her own setting, promising to give children the best start in life and the foundations needed for thrive in education.
